结构概要：
变位机主要由工作台、回转机构、翻转机构、导电装置、机架和电控箱组成。
工作台安装在回转机构中减速箱输出轴上，由回转机构带动回转，其上T型槽，可安装T型槽用螺栓，使工件稳定地固定在工作台上。
回转机构主要由电机、减速机、摆动座组成。其传动链为：电机-减速机-摆动座-工作台。变速采用目前较为普遍的变频调速方式。调速为无级调速，且控制简单、可靠、易维护、易满足焊接工艺要求。
翻转机构主要由电机、涡轮减速机、半圆齿轮组成。其传动链为：电机-涡轮减速机-半圆齿轮-回转机构。回转机构中半圆齿轮通过齿轮传动幅与安装在底座上的涡轮减速机输出轴上的齿轮啮合，带动回转机构翻转，以实现工作台的翻转。
导电装置一端与摆动座相连，另一端为导电轴，直接顶住工作台，可将焊接电流直接从工作台导出。
机架主要起支承与连接的作用，其结构为箱型结构，具有很强的承载能力。其材料为Q235-A钢材，焊后经退火处理后再进行精加工，以消除焊接应力变形。
通过工作台的升降、回转、翻转使工件处于焊接或装配位置，可与焊接操作机等配套组成自动焊接专机，还可作为机器人周边设备与机器人配套实现焊接自动化，同时可根据用户不同类型的工件及工艺要求，设计定制各种特殊变位机。
Structure summary:
Positioner is mainly composed of the table , Rotary, flip mechanism , conductive device , rack and electric control box components.
Rotary table mounted on the output shaft of the gearbox mechanism , driven by the rotary swivel mechanism on the T -slot , you can install the T -slot bolts , the workpiece stably fixed on the table .
Slewing mechanism mainly consists of motor, reducer, swing seat components. Its transmission chain : motor - reducer - swing seat - bench . Speed using the more common current frequency conversion speed . Speed is variable speed, and control is simple , reliable , easy to maintain , easy to satisfy the requirements of the welding process .
Flip institutions mainly consists of motor, turbine reducer, semicircular gears . Its transmission chain : motor - turbo reducer - semicircle gear - rotating mechanism . Semi rotary mechanism is mounted on the turbine wheel and the base of the gear output shaft via a gear drive gear pieces , the rotary drive mechanism flip flip table to achieve .
Conductive device attached to one end of the swing seat , the other end of the conductive shaft , directly withstand the table , the table can be exported directly from the welding current.
Mainly from the support frame connected with the role , the structure of box -type structure , with strong bearing capacity. The material is Q235-A steel , annealed and then finishing after welding to eliminate welding stress and deformation .
By elevating table , rotating , flipping the workpiece in the best position welding or assembly , automatic welding machine can be composed with other ancillary welding operation , but also as robotic peripheral equipment supporting the realization of welding automation and robotics , while according to different types of users workpiece and process requirements, design customized various special positioner .
