该系列产品是替代带式运输机头部皮带轮作为主动轮使用，因而具有连续自动除铁的特点，磁场深、磁力大、经济实用。由于能产生强大的磁力，多用于除去较小的铁件，并适用回收炉渣、型砂中的铁件。
外形及安装尺寸均与TD-75型带式输送机头轮相同，使用维护方便。广泛应用于铸造、建材、治金、矿山、化工、发电、粮食等行业。
